Deposits & Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to confirm your booking. Fourteen (14) days prior to the event date, (or immediately upon confirmation for those events booked inside of fourteen days) 75% of the estimated value of the function is due and payable by cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard or Interac.

The balance of the estimated total is payable by the same payment methods outlined above on the day of the event. Outstanding balances (where authorized, only corporate functions will be considered) will be invoiced and due within fourteen days of receipt of invoice. Overdue accounts will be assessed interest at a rate of 2% per month.

Pricing & Guarantees
Prices stated on all contracts (not this menu) signed by a Brio Manager will be guaranteed unless the client is notified in writing no less than 90 days prior to the event date. All charges are subject to PST & GST. All food and beverage is also subject to a pre-tax 15% gratuity.

The client will advise Brio of the minimum guarantee by 12:00 NOON seven full working days prior to the function. Brio will charge for the guaranteed number or actual number of guests, whichever is greater. If the guaranteed number of guests has not been forwarded to Brio, we will charge based on the projection listed on your contract or the actual, whichever is greater.

Brio will prepare for 5% above the guaranteed numbers for served meals. Labour for off-premises catering will be charged at a rate of $15.00 per hour, per staff member. These charges will be subject to a minimum of 3 hours per staff member. No food or beverage may be brought on the premises, with the sole understood exception being a wedding cake. For health and insurance reasons, no food may be removed from the premises after an event (again with the exception of a wedding cake). Brio may apply a cake cutting fee if you wish us to supply staff members for this service.

For groups of 50 or more, one meal selection only must be made for the entire group, with the sole exception being for dietary concerns. For groups of 50 or less, Brio recommends one meal selection as well in the interest of efficiency and speed. If however, your group of 50 or less would like a menu selection, we would be happy to accommodate providing we receive the group’s final selections no later then 12:00 NOON seven (7) full working days prior to your event. (Please note that Brio must authorize these choices.)

What a night! Neil & I cannot express how happy we were with how perfectly the evening went.  The food was wonderful, the service was great, and the wedding ran like clockwork.  We received so many comments from our guests.  The venue was beautiful & each space gave us exactly what we were looking for.  Thank you fro your personal attention to every detail, and for making it a very special night for us.
