Perry Clark

Perry Clark
Native of Thunder Bay ON who attended George Brown College in Toronto. Apprenticed in hotels and under a chef from Switzerland, and completed the requirements for his Red Seal. Perry brings years of cooking experience to Brio and enjoys being a premiere caterer in Winnipeg. Perry likes to put a unique twist on classic favourites, and has repeatedly developed menus heralded by all Brio’s clients. Unassuming, approachable and a great teacher.
